Prod-to-Go turns PCB data into a production-ready bed-of-nails rig. We adapt the fixture, measurements and test sequence to the product, while the reusable platform handles execution, operator workflows, traceability and remote support.
The way we build test rigs
Jump-start production with a complete test system
Production-test rigs usually force a bad choice: squeeze a new product into a rigid standard system, or build another flexible but fragile one-off from scratch.
Prod-to-Go keeps the product-specific work where it belongs—in the fixture, measurements and test sequence—while reusing the hard-won machinery around it. Fixture generation, test execution, barcode handling, operator UI, result storage and remote updates are already part of the platform.

The operator workflow
Load. Close. Test.
Place the board in the fixture and close the lid. The built-in USB camera automatically reads its barcode, identifying the unit without a handheld scanner or another manual step.
The kiosk UI shows progress, measurements and useful failure messages. Panelized products are supported too, with the status of each board kept clear throughout the run.

Fixture and mechanics
Generated bed-of-nails files, guide features, compliant board support, a proven clamping mechanism and a practical MDF enclosure.
Controller hardware
A Raspberry Pi-based reference design with curated peripherals for flashing, current, voltage, IO and RF measurements as required.
Test framework
pytest-based execution, equipment hooks, configuration protocols, persistent settings, versioning and result annotations—without the usual pile of one-off scripts.
Operators and results
An auto-starting kiosk UI, panel support and ready-made PostgreSQL integrations for traceability and production follow-up.
Connected by design
Support does not require a factory visit
Every rig is connected through a customer-specific WireGuard VPN, enabling remote monitoring, support and software updates.
